Book an Appointment Online
Note: All online requests are not booked until a front desk professional has been in contact with you. When sending an email to book an appointment please include all services you would like to book as well as the dates and times you are available. Please include your preferred stylist. We will try to accommodate with first available appointments. Appointment requests sent on Sundays and Mondays will be followed up on Tuesdays when we open again for regular business hours.
When booking, please give a brief description of your hair type; curly, straight, thick, thin, and length. For any color services, please describe your current hair condition, current color, and your goal color. Another great way to show what you’re looking for in a color service is to send us a picture of what you like to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment we do require you to keep a credit card in your records. Cancellations and rescheduling must be 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any changes after 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service to the credit card on file. After 3 consistent no shows and/or cancellations after the 24 hour time frame, we reserve the right to no longer pre-book appointments and only book same day appointments. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment time, we will try to accommodate but may need to reschedule the appointment.
